I like Meiling and littlefinger a lot, and I like the way Meiling looks in this, but that's not how a knee joint works, unless I am missing something.
I think this should be removed; I don't think the "error" tag would suffice.
Ehh... i don't think so. This looks more like trying to add some dynamic to pic. It does not look good, but it is not an error and definitely not remove-worthy. And it's funny how that leg looks like head of dragon...

To add dynamism all that would be needed would be to correct either the rotation of the humerus or to keep the foot in line with the tibia.
Drawing broken bones does not count as "dynamism": it counts as poor anatomy. That is an error no matter which way you look at it. (No matter how much I understand what the artist was trying to do).
If someone wants to keep this up that is fine - I said it "should" be removed, not necessarily that is has to... but really; it should be remove - that's not how humans work.
