    The Admiral's the only one who loves the sisters with all themselves and their misfortune while he's being adored by his entire fleet.

    ... if Warships goes live, I am never EVER selling the big sister because she's quite potent in-game as tribute to M Admiral and his unfortunate brides.

    He loves Fusou, and likes her sister Yamashiro as a person. Yamashiro is okay with Fusou being married since that's what she wants, even if she's jealous of the Admiral. M Admiral is okay with Yamashiro hurting him as he craves the pain. Everyone wins.
