My mistake, the upload checker didn't catch that this was a duplicate, I figured it would have warned me otherwise. Edit: the bit rate appears higher so I don't know what to make of it.

It's a pixiv copy rather than a twitter copy, so more of the original quality was preserved. It's also not uncommon for this sort of thing to happen.
