Note, at the blog entry it mentions Blood and calls her Lulu (well ルルゥ), but she looks older than the two blood+/lulu pics we have here. I haven't seen any Blood so I can't be sure. Help is appreciated.

Do we ever actually see what she looks like under the black robes? All I know for sure is she's short and has buggy eyes and a cute voice (in the dub anyway).

It's how Lulu would look if older, since in the timeskip from the last episode, we only see Kai and the Diva's kids. Well, she would be funny.
