Strangely, this trick doesn't work on my computer (Firefox on GNOME 3 with the built-in screen magnifier on X11 on Linux on AMD hardware, even when fully zoomed out), but it DOES work on my phone (Google Pixel 8 Pro running Android 16 viewed in Chrome). So if it's not working for you, try it on another device???? I do wonder what about my setup defeats it on the computer...
