In the case of contemporary Touhous or other Copyrights, the tags (alternate_costume, school_uniform, contemporary) are enough. Is better to create a pool when there are series from an artist, memes (Twitter, Devianart, tumblr, pixiv, etc), events or a Pixiv Tag implied.
