Because Reisen got in the way this year. In 2010, they were adjacent, but in 2011 the Yuka/Yuyu sandwich started... and each time Yuyuko falls back one position like she's trying to get adjacent again, only to have someone else jump between them. It's just an interesting long running pattern.
