it's impossible to find bisko by hachi. she's IJN ship /me facepalm

It's theorized to be a failsafe in case a player loses all his actual German ships and it's not event period so they can't get any replacements.

The crafting is probably only possible if the German-Construction quest chain was previously completed.

That's why never ever do consecutive LSC.....keep your SAN at bay~

Actually it's not sad if you failed LSC yourself, but somebody else know it and show you his rare ships and laugh at you, this is frustrating.

This describes my past 3 weeks quite perfectly, as I've been going for Bisko pretty much every day...

its really not a big deal to get or not, soon or later you'll get it and that's it all.

i got Taihou, Bisko, Yamato, I-401 when doing once/twice LSC per week with Z1. when doing consecutively? it drain all my resources with only ships for mod fodder.
