From what I gathered, the artist decided not to draw a naughty picture of Inazuma and picked a character from an online game instead (post #2128107 resulted).

Now someone asked if there wouldn’t be any naughty Inazuma pictures, what kind of Admiral Watabe x Inazuma development there would be and if there wouldn’t be any sex scenes (濡れ場).

The artist said that she really can’t imagine a sex scene with Watabe and Inazuma, only this.

“This” being a place (場) getting wet (濡れ), literally.
