Think of it as a cutesy fan-given nickname.
Northern Ocean Hime = 北方棲姫 > Hoppo-seihime (I think, my Japanese is elementary at best) > Hoppo.

Seaport Hime = 港湾棲姫 > Kouwan-Seihime > Kouwan > Wanko

In this case, Seaport's nickname, "Wanko", is the one that Hoppo used, but still translated as "Seaport", which seems somewhat uneven.

...I don't actually know why I keep putting Seaport. I'm sure that there was a reason. (Apart from the wanko, what with the Queen's English and wot). I'll switch to Wanko.
