I'm fine with thinking of "living clothes", as a tag, as meaning "animate" as opposed to "inanimate". So any clothing with a mind or soul of any sort, and capable of doing something other than just hanging on the body, would count, regardless of technical mortal status.

Technically, Youmu is still naked. She is still wearing nothing but what she was born with (excepting the bow)
