I think that leg's Mutsu's, not Nagato's since I don't think he ever get her.
Katori probably took Yamato, Kongou, Kaga, Fusou, Yamashiro and Haruna with her since she did ask for supplies for cap ships and all the cap ships he has with him in the main fleet should likely be Hiei, Zuikaku, Mutsu, Houshou and whatever cap ship M-Admiral has that isn't drawn.
watching the first panel closely, isn't that Isokaze and Hiei Omurice from post #1992130?
Look closer, it's Takoyaki flying around in the maelstrom, the IsoEi Omurice had the omurice at the center. This time I think they had Hiei and Isokaze unleash takoyai to counter enemy planes.
