He took it down and made a new account because the previous one was flagged for violating censorship policy -which doesn't really get a lot of pixiv artists into trouble, but then again not a lot of artists draw prepubescent girls getting brutally raped.
As for this post, he didn't animate it. Someone else just stitched the image set into a gif.

Man, poor guy. He really must have hit a mark with someone since that's the first time I ever heard of such a think. A shame too because if you take the brutal rape part aside, I admired his dedication to draw 30+ pages of almost animated like pictures.
You really don't see that kind of dedication nowadays.
