    That's why you always set at least 3 or even 4 alarms. I set one really early, like around 6 and then do a 30 minute interval until it's time.

    Really saves my ass, especially when I've slept through the first few alarms.

    It is especially useful when the outlet clocks go out of sync due to a breif power outage, or you forget to manually set daylights saving time. Either way, I always check that I wake up at least and hour before I actually need to get up and get ready for the day, just to give me some buffer.

    I avoid this by setting my alarm clock outside of arms reach, forcing me to get up.
