I know well enough this can not be "it's fine" so I'm pondering for a better wording. It feels like "Just let me be like this" but then, it might not be so. Thanks to that I'm having a headache.

Could go with 'Stop fussing' or something along those lines. I know it's not the same as the written Japanese, but it would be something she'd say in English in the situation.
