Ah, this is a parody of「おとうさんスイッチ」 in 「にほんごであそぼ」, a Japanese learning program by NHK Educational channel.
「おとうさんスイッチ」(father switch) is a handmade remote controll with five hiragana buttons and an antenna (by a straw). If a child push the button, his/her father do something corresponding to it.
