Definitely not the same artist.

Here's his blog that has most of his works (you don't see any of Mayapazoo's works).

And here's his Pivix account found from his blog (doesn't seem to be active, last work is from July 2014).

Seems like his artist name is "Kuroi" but we have lots of Kuroi already, so better ask here for the correct name.

Problem was solved by this post #2010473. It's from Kuroi Paseri. It seems that he has at least two twitter sites.

Oh, that's great.
I took the liberty to change his homepage (which the link is dead) by his blog, and added his other Twitter account and Pixiv image source (in case of trying to research the artist when uploading one of his picture from Pixiv).
