I think the green one might be Shigure since she does have a traditional Japanese feel to her, being part of Fusou and Yamashiro's pairing.

Suzukaze is an rowdy Edokko, tokyo kid, and one of the youngest ones so I would assume she would be the most modern of the girls. Modern girl, modern cup. Also, it's blue like her.
