*This isn't absolutely certain as I still don't know for sure what いつもよおしても means, but upon research it seems this (いつもよおしても大丈夫!) is an idiom or reference meaning something like: "__ can pee any time, so it's fine!" I could only find a few examples on the Googles, but they were all used this way.
