Is it okay to have that much bad luck concentrated in one place?

The Fukou Admiral and the Fukou Sisters.

Putting Touma in a game which mostly depends on luck, I don't think it will end well. Just imagine, expeditions, compass girls, constructions and LSCs, yup poor guy. Though he still be lucky if he happens to have Taihou in his fleet.

All this is counteracted by the fact that all the girls will be attracted to his base. Those 10% drop rates will turn into almost 100%.

And with how things usually turn out, pretty much all the Abyss girls will end up joining his crew after their battle.

Pretty much this. Touma would perhaps be very unfortunate in sorties, and events. But for some reason he will always get the girls attention.

That would mean Touma being on the frontline and punching the Abyssals in the face one by one.

Of course He'll be in the front lines. Touma is never one to sit in the back and let others risk their lives.

I was more inclinate to tink Touma would have great successes during sorties. He technically is unlucky by absorbing all the bad luck on him, meaning even the Fusou sisters and every other girl will not have bad luck -> 100% Cut-in rate and all?
But well, that's contradicts the fact he's unlucky if he succeed on missions, true.

as for Touma being Touma and somehow attracting all the shipgirls, the DesDiv girls might probably want to sit on his lap much to the do not wants of Index and Lessar(?)

Wait, he absorbs bad luck?? I thought the reason he is bad luck is because of his right hand also negating the blessings that is being given to him??

It's the same, since he dispels blessings, misfortune befalls upon him, misfortune that was meant for someone else.
