Thanks to her facial expression, she's pretty much been dubbed the evil/violent big/younger sister of peaceful ol' Darwin. I expect down the road she'll probably be depicted as the protector of her meek sister from the hands of perverted admirals, lol. Hell, there's already one pic of that now.

After hearing her voice, I thought her more like Sotomura-san, a kind and domesticated female who like girly stuffs but she has a thuggish face that makes everyone think of her as a leader of a big-time crime syndicate (or a delinquent perhaps). Hoppo should teach Mizu Wanko-chan how to smile properly without scaring the shit out of people.
