More like "She is Seaport, but the younger twin..." I think.

Overjoyed to see this series continued. And to top it off this has to be one of my favorite takes on Wanko's sister so far ha ha

Seaport's name in Japanese is "kouwansei-hime", so fans switched the first two characters to get "wanko" because it sounds cute and, yes, means puppy.
