It's actually aliasing, not artifacting -- it isn't compressed, but it was likely drawn with a program that doesn't smooth out jagged edges. I personally think it's cute enough that it deserves to stay, but if it's taken down, I perfectly understand.

This IS the full version, so no better quality exists.

I like the image too, despite the little roughness.
