I think the final panel is a pun, relating もう兵器 (already a weapon) with もう平気 (that's enough) [both mouheiki], but I just can't think of anything to make it work in English.
I find myself imagining the eyepatch duo catching up with Kehki-chan and begging her to do concerts for them. The scene would be Kehki-chan singing her tone-deaf little heart out, with Kiso and Tenryuu bleeding from the ears as they cry tears of puchicon joy.
"Yes, we're going deaf, but it's worth it to protect that precious puchi smile," they would say. (Somewhat indistinctly, as they could no longer hear their own voices.)

Can't think of one exactly either. Came up with two that are close enough:
1)'tis enough to qualify as a weapon of military might!
(Basically trying to capture the two meanings of the joke in one sentence, but it loses the pun)
2)'tis enough to qualify as a Weapon of Mind Destruction!
(Punning WMD, but it introduces a pun that is not present in the original. Also Weapon of Mind Destructon sounds a bit... kitschy.)

Since もう平気 is more in line with "it's alright", generally a positive notion, much like "もう大丈夫".
