Isn't this one artist tracing the other?

Though I can't read Japanese, it appeared from the commentary (link redirects to http://www.pixiv.net/member_illust.php?mode=medium&illust_id=49988748) that the original outline was created by mic (folgore). I didn't care enough for the outline to upload it, but I parented the other picture to this one and added the artist tag to show their relation. I think I did everything right here. At least I hope I did.
