While that is a solution, it's not the "normal" IE saving as untitled.bmp problem. IE will save fine from any site BUT Danbooru so something funky is happening with it. (Normally when this problem occurs IE will not save any image from any site normally, all of them will do the untitled.bmp thing.)
Also it used to work fine, but I'm not sure when it changed. I generally browse Danbooru in Firefox myself.

It could be a double-ended strapon, so its penetrating the girls using them as strap-ons, so perhaps she would still get some pleasure from it being sucked on, as it would cause the other end to move about slightly.
