Can't figure how to interprete the rest (and what is "セリフ"?).

And question from someone who's still learning English, when I read translation, I often saw using "you guys", even when they're girls. Doesn't "you girls" work as well or it's not something that says commonly?

セリフ usually refers to someone's speech or line.

"You guys" is a general, go-to term to use when referring to a group of people. The only exception is when a guy is calling a group of girls that way, which they 'might' take offence to it (yes, apparently girls call other girls "you guys" as well).

Either one would be fine in this context.

Are you sure なのに isn't 'even though' in this case? The current line seems to imply every nameship has no idle lines, not that it can't be true o.o.

Oh wow, that line didn't make any sense in my head because I recalled that she has an idle line. I guess this was before the line was added in.
