No weakness??? Carbink's VERY weak to Steel element moves (4x). Aerodactyl's weakness is Ice, and Skarmory can be handled with a Manetric easily. Of course, you can always bring an Aggron or something...

Why not just use the same Manectric against Aerodactyl? An Ice type could be vulnerable to both Rock Slide and Fire Fang while Manectric has absolutely no worries against any of its moveset. That and Mega has Intimidate, and his Aerodactyl is exclusively physical...
