    In World of Warships, the tier after Minekaze is Mutsuki, but in exchange for higher offence, her reload speed and number of torpedo launchers go down, so I can't bring myself to use her...

    The anime would have probably got flamed some more if she came, ranting that the admiral is a kuso TTK
    for bringing Mutsuki for the last dance on an event boss.

    The number of tubes goes down, but the size of the torpedoes goes up. First destroyer class to use the 24 inch torpedoes instead of the older 18 or 21 inch torpedoes.
