The Admiral's True Identity
True identity of the admiral from the Kancolle anime:
・The admiral places an unusual amount of expectation on the newbie Fubuki, letting her become the flagship and leaving the decision to sortie to her judgment, among other things...
・Fubuki's rigging looked really worn out in the first EP despite it being her first actual battle.
・Talking would reveal the Admiral's identity to onlookers.
And, for various reasons like the above, I've decided that this is the anime admiral's true identity!
A Lv. 150 Fubuki-chan who was promoted after reaching that level. Since she's an inexperienced admiral, Nagato acts as her assistant (speculah).
Kongou doesn't notice it's Fubuki thanks to the mustache. She does notice that there are many similarities between the two Fubukis though.
Maybe only Nagato, Mutsu, and Ooyodo knows about this? (*´ω｀*)
