In the first panel: Does anyone recognize the kanji at the top of the second row in Nagato's second word bubble? The character(s) in the center resemble 升, but I'm not sure about that, and I couldn't figure out any of the radicals for certain.

Nagato's second word bubble spills into the big one in the next panel. I'm no good with long blurbs like that- too complex for me to work out where the pauses go. She mentions a whole lot of things, including saying something about Airfield Hime, who hasn't even appeared yet in this continuity, so it's all pretty bewildering to me...
