瀋陽（シェンヤン）は元日本海軍峯風型駆逐艦14番艦の波風で、１９４７年に賠償艦として中華民国の青島に来ました。そして１９４９年に解放軍の進撃から逃れ台湾に転進しました。その後、機関など不調子な瀋陽は再武装されないまま台湾北部の淡水港で訓練艦として使われ、平穏な毎日を過ごしていました。なお、波風は大正１１年１１月１１日が竣工日なので、ポッキーが彼女の大好物らしく（？）、いつも台湾茶味のポッキーを口にしてます。1922年に就役、1960年に退役という長い艦齢ですから、ちょっと色っぽいお姉さんって感じに仕上げました。ベースになった絵は一年前に描いたヤツillust/39959363

※補足説明：スカートに書いてある「25」のナンバーは接収の際につけた書類上の番号（接25号）で、船体に書いていませんでした。

Shen Yang was formerly Namikaze, the 14th ship of the Japanese navy's Minekaze-class destroyers, and arrived to Qingdao in the Republic of China as a reparation ship in 1947. Then, due to mechanical issues, Shen Yang was not re-armed, and was instead sent to port in Tamsui in northern Taiwan for use as a training ship. As Namikaze was completed on 11/11 of Taisho year 11, she enjoys Pocky(?) and can always be found with a Taiwanese tea-flavored Pocky in her mouth. As she was commissioned in 1922 and decommissioned in 1960, I drew her as a slightly sexy older girl. She is based off this picture I drew a year ago: illust/39959363

*Additional note: The number 25 represents that she was filed as "transfer No. 25" when she was given to Taiwan. It was not painted on the ship itself.
