The shadow/distortion caused by the curve of the spine on the right edge of the scan was SO bad that not even Nnescio could salvage it. I had to go back and hand-transcribe Mutsu's word bubble. The formal kanji was easy enough, and I eventually identified all of the hiragana characters, except for one... The second-to-last character in the right-most column. The thick, blocky font was so weird that it didn't match anything I looked at. I eventually just recreated it by hand.

This page and the next were cleaned up and color-balanced by Nnescio.

Going from the book, it's どんだけあの子ら提督LOVEなのよ。I think you were confused with 子 - It's kanji, not kana.

Minarai Honpo's version of Ri is definitive in my book. He gives so much character Ri, Chi, and Ka, way more than anything else I've come across.
