Is she supposed to be Lum specifically? I thought it was just your standard Oni bikini.
Although now that you mention it I did think Koizumi's shirt looked weird, and now that I know who Mendou is, I think that's probably right. I still don't get the octopus though (I've never actually seen Urusai Yatsura).
