When they met seaport hime, they said it's already peace in the story. Maybe it will tell the past stories about why Kaga became so nice with lvl 1 Zuikaku? I'm guessing that she sunk or something but let just wait for the next.

Yeah, that's what I thought too.
But it's weird the artist has posted this one as Episode 5 and not as Episode 4.

She said "This time", implying that the previous strip with the older Zuikaku was probably in the past. Which probably means that the previous Zuikaku had sunk in the war, and this new one came as the war ended. Is what I take away from these strips.

Hopefully the older zuikaku and kaga aren't the one from those earlier zuikaga comics. It would hit even harder.

oh god now after reading your comment I'm not sure if I can handle the feel wave

I've seen that artists paint dark or black the gutter part when they want to show a flashback or memories of the past.
On the previous strips the gutter is dark, but at the last panel of post #1912545, where the teacup is broken, the gutter starts to become white, indicating that Lv1 Zuikaku is the present.
