Well in my case I'm the same as the boys who would try to hit on her, for some reason when I first look at KanColle's characters I took a liking to Kitakami first, and later then Kongou. Is that weird?

It's not. I too, took an interest in her pretty much the same time I saw her. She's just my type to get interested in. Would be nice having her around talking or such.
