For a second there, it looked like they are both in their own bodies, and Mami is worried that Homura is envious of her assets while Homura tries on her new glasses which she is sure Mami will love.

Gotta wonder if breast envy is actually correct and not breast conscious. I've tagged the latter onto this, but I don't know which is more appropriate.
