The tweet accompanying the picture is "大掃除をする輝夜（年末おなじみの西田敏行のライオンの洗剤のCM）".
I guess technically it should go in the commentary section, but putting it in a small note near the title is the old-fashioned way of adding it. The date is just conveniently located.
Man, I can relate. I can't STAND for somebody to tell me to do something that I'm already starting. It comes off as if they just need to feel like they gave you order and it just makes you not want to move, anymore.
