Most of those with a 0 have a reason for the 0, so I doubt they'd be hiding any. (If only because it'd be funnier that way; It is, after all, the only reason this explanation for a 0 for Unryuu was even made.) Akebono has a 0 because Shitty Men! Tatsuta has a 0 because ufufu, I'm cutting it off. I-401 and Ikazuchi were saving themselves for their boyfriends. While what it implies is a little terrible, the idea that Unryuu is so permanently "high on life" that she hardly even comments on it when she's dragged off to be sexually used against her will is more than a little funny.

Seeing how happy she looks I don't think it's so much against her will as it's just surprise that he dragged her off like that, she seems almost pleased to be a stress reliever.

Ah, at first, I thought Unryuu was talking about herself in the third person. (The "Ah, Unryuu's virginity!") Looking back, that might be HornyVirgin!Admiral saying it. I got the sense it was like one of those perpetually monotone girls going "areeeeeee!" in a flat tone when being kidnapped like things.

The lamenting line was indeed the worthless admiral, while the groaning is the maintenance worker getting his rocks off on Unryuu's paizuri.

Bring Seven Sins up? It does have the open-ended story and new powers being pulled out of the ass broad array of new powers characteristic of that of the Big Three (and earlier, Dragon Ball).

Magi is another alternative.
