    Ah, you make a point.
    I guess judging by the admiral's reaction, that may be Kagerou ordering Shiranui to not give him any meals.
    If that so, then that explain why the conversation seems weird at the beginning.

    So it should be 'his meals' instead of 'her meals' then?
