メガシンカ seems to be the Japanese Pokemon term for mega evolution? I am totally stumped about what it could mean in the context of this comic unless it's literally being used that way.

What about Yohane' storyline, Erubo ?

Erubo is almost certainly busy with other stuff. They've had two one-shot mangas published in print so far (in addition to their doujins) and I suspect more are coming.

It's possible Yohane's story is basically over, though. When you've spent enough years away from one of your own franchises sometimes it's too hard to go back. It happens. On the other hand, since Last Eden is basically the second iteration of Yohane & co, it's possible there will be a third one!
