It looks more like she's just wearing a sweater fitted to someone a foot taller and 50 lbs heavier than her.
Maybe she's just unhappy because she wanted to put something borrowed on because she was cold, and it just doesn't trap heat like a normal sweater would? (Although I guess it does raise the question of why she's in need of borrowing a sweater while only in underwear in the first place...)
