I made this. I'm actually a bit surprised to see it here, but I guess it just goes to show how stuff can circulate the net really quickly. It also always weirds me out when I see my own memes and copypastas outside of 4chan.
As a little bit of an oversight, you can see the guy's original left foot belot Guts' sword. Konata's leg isn't long enough to be visible below the blade and I just forgot to edit it out.
