I recall that both Fuso and Ise-class had 6 large guns (the other 2 where in the middle. Perhaps the artist didn't know that.

The triple turret reflects her Kai Ni form in the game, which has two triple and two twin turrets despite never having been so equipped in real life. Her left leg is blocking the view of the second triple turret.
