The artist wanted to draw perspective, but it just looks like her legs are weird, fleshy cones and the feet are directly connected to the knees. Her right ankle seems to be bend out of place too, poor girl.
Her right eye is drifting away from the rest of her face, and her ear is just randomly located on her cheek.
The left arm is absurdly long and thin with a tiny hand, while her head and breasts just look freakishly massive rather than close to the camera. The artist was also clearly not sure how breasts work and how to make them work together with the arms and shoulders, so they left arm is just awkwardly clipping through the boob, and her right breast appears to be attacked to her shoulder.

This is pretty terrifying when you look closer. The artist tried, but didn't really know what they were doing.
