Confused on how to separate the two for translation.
鼠輸送 is IJN’s term, but Allied called it Tokyo Express, which is how it’s usually translated to English here.
Then KanColle put another (literal) Tokyo Express (東京急行)

Maybe you can translate it literally as Northern Rat Transport and add a note explaining it.

I don't know much about these at all so I won't dare to translate that part.
But feel free to add it if you think that works.
