This looks like art from a new series called "Kiss x Death." I can't find much information on the series or its characters. From what I can gather, this is a rather new manga that started in Sept 2014 in Shonen Jump+.
It would appear that a scanlation group has picked this series up in Korean, but nothing for it in English yet. This series only seems to appear on the Shonen Jump+ service atm.

It is indeed. There are 4 or 5 chapters out, I stitched this together using screenshots since the site wouldn't let me download the full resolution image.
The premise seems to be that miniature aliens have taken over girls' bodies after escaping prison and it's up to the protagonist to recapture them by kissing the girls...
