It looks like one, but it has what looks to be the loading/capping latch on the left side? The latch itself reminds me more of the SAA, but I don't know too much about revolvers of this era. It could be just an amalgamation of old Colt designs?

Yeah, the shape and length of the barrel looks like an Army Model, but the trigger and cylinders look like they are from an SAA.
