More seriously though it occurs to me how rarely you really see them interacting at all. Her and Akagi are occasionally pawned off with each other when Kaga and Zuikaku are doing the slap-slap kiss-kiss stuff, but this is like one of the only examples I can think of where Shoukaku and Kaga are depicted interacting independent of their usual partners.
It's a somewhat interesting dynamic I'd honestly be curious to see more of.
