    「げんしけん」好きの知り合いが転勤になったので描いてみました。
    「ラバウル小唄」は「永の別れ」ではなく「また来る」という内容なので、送別会には良いのではないかと思います。
    …おっホイアニメに精通しているスーさんなら、軍歌も知っていそうですよね(^_^;)

    Google says it was written in 1945, just before they lost the war, and the lyrics of songs at that time were basically about suffering and despair... but to a dissonantly upbeat tune, I suppose.
